These Terms govern your use of the Pass the Note website, operated by Pass The Note Kids LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or requesting a private-beta invite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This is a pre-launch site
Pass the Note is not publicly released. This site accepts requests for a limited private beta. A request expresses interest only — it is not a purchase, a guarantee of selection or access, or a contract to provide any service. Beta places are limited, and features may change before public launch.
3. Intellectual property
The "Pass the Note" name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Pass The Note Kids LLC and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you no license to use them. Don't copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape in bulk, probe, or gain unauthorized access; no submitting others' information without permission; no unlawful use.
5. Third-party links
The site links to our profiles on third-party platforms (e.g. social media). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
