## Fit and design

PassTheNoteKids is a parent-managed messaging service designed for kids who are not ready for open messaging. A United States parent or legal guardian, age 18 or older, creates the account and completes parental consent. Child profiles are for children 17 and under; no minimum child age is published. Parent-approved contacts and checks before note delivery are part of the launch design. Uncertain notes can be held for parent review. No automated check catches everything; parent supervision remains necessary. There are no ads. Family notes and pictures are not used to train AI models. The operator is PassTheNoteKids LLC.

USD before any applicable tax. One subscription covers 1–6 children. Annual totals are paid upfront.

New families get one 14-day trial per family, with a card required at checkout. No free plan. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge; otherwise the selected plan is charged and renews automatically. Cancel web subscriptions in the parent portal. Founding offer: web only, signup November 1 through December 1, 2026 (ends 11:59 PM Eastern), subject to the first 50 eligible successful monthly payments claiming an available place. Starting a trial does not reserve a place. The first payment is initially charged at the regular monthly price, with the difference automatically refunded if a place is claimed. The discount lasts for the first 12 paid monthly periods, then regular prices apply. Annual plans are not discounted. Switching to annual or ending the subscription permanently ends the discount. This file is not a remaining-place counter.

## Signup with an assistant

An assistant can explain plans, compare household totals and navigate the ordinary browser flow. The parent must personally complete email verification, legal acceptance, parental consent and payment. The separate $0.50 consent card check is immediately refunded; subscription checkout asks for a card separately. Do not collect passwords or payment-card details in assistant chat. There is no dedicated agent enrollment API or WebMCP signup tool. Do not bypass verification or impersonate a parent.

The separate AI safety-check choice can be declined. Until allowed, attempted notes and pictures are not stored, delivered or sent for checks; stickers and games remain available as part of the plan. See Terms section 7.
